Position CLIENT ADVISOR INTERN Being part of LOEWE offers you the opportunity to learn every day in a dynamic environment, working alongside passionate professionals in fashion, craftsmanship, and culture. As a Client Advisor Intern , you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.

Job responsibilities Your role will be: Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions. Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling). Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections. Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.

Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting. Working collaboratively as part of the team and contributing to daily store operations. Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards. Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events. Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks. Contributing to the achievement of individual and store objectives. Adhering to company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.

Profile What is important for the role

Strong interest in developing a career in luxury retail. Passion for Fashion, Art, and Culture. Proactive, open-minded attitude with willingness to learn. Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commercial awareness. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Working days

Monday to Sunday, 2 days off. Study support, with a value of €800 gross per month. Daily lunch allowance.
