Internship within Merchandising Team

Job description

Position The internship aims to provide operational support to the Merchandising department across analysis, reporting and cross functional coordination activities. The intern will contribute to the preparation and consolidation of business documents supporting collection launches, showroom activities, store launch documentation and ad hoc departmental projects. Job responsibilities Support departmental analysis and reporting activities, including data consolidation and preparation of summary documents.

Assist with cross-functional coordination, tracking inputs, deadlines and follow-ups. Contribute to the preparation and update of documents for store launches, collections, showrooms, shootings and other merchandising activities. Support product-focused activities by helping identify hero products within the collection to push in communication, and by contributing to the creation of dedicated cross-category assortments for special capsules, pop-ups and ad hoc commercial initiatives.

Profile Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Fashion Business, Marketing or related fields, with a strong interest in luxury fashion and merchandising. good analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to organize information clearly and accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is required; Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian would be considered a plus. A proactive, curious and reliable attitude, together with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, will be key to successfully support the department's activities.
