Job description

Position Within the BPC RA&QA team, the RA&QA Coordinator is responsible for supporting local labelling operation, self-inspection and CoA review management, with support of package information gathering. This role is crucial for supporting on-time local label preparation and quality assurance support based on the related local regulations. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including logistics, planning, Singapore customization team, etc.

Job responsibilities

• Support local label preparation
• Make an order for local label artwork creation to external design agency Compare order and designed label artwork to review any difference Request RA review for designed label artwork to validate
• Prepare labeling instruction for the attachment operation in terms of primary, secondary label as well as over labeling, etc., based on the local regulation and internal practices
• Review the invoice received and place an order with the external label supplier according to required label elements Archive the final local label artwork and share it to relevant departments
• Communicate with relevant departments regarding local labels (e.g., when issues arise with label work, or when label supply is needed)
• Support local self-inspection and CoA review
• Prepare product list which requires local self-inspection based on shipment
• Order product sample for the test and request local self-inspection to external laboratory
• Review and archive the test report and communicate the result with relevant team Monthly review for the product list of self-inspection and test result Certificate of Analysis (CoA) management : Review compliance status of CoA receipt before market release, review details of CoA for concerned batches, archive CoA, etc.
• Support packag ing material information management
• Request and receive packaging material information from HQ package team Input packaging information into Product management system and tracking file, and manage it * The responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on the company's needs and ongoing projects Profile PROFILE Ideally, you would have
• 1 year experience in a company (a cosmetic field preferred)
