Job responsibilities A New Challenge... Become the Director of Spa at Cheval Blanc and lead the team at our unique spa by Guerlain to create unforgettable moments for our guests. As an expert in the world of luxury well-being, you will be entrusted with overall operations of the spa to ensure unique sensory experiences are crafted to perfection for each guest. Your role ensures the comprehensive delivery of a luxurious experience to the guests across all spa offerings through in-depth knowledge and strong leadership.

Anticipation of needs led by your strong desire to craft tailor-made offerings for the guest ensures the spa experience is memorable from the moment of welcome, throughout the journey and until departure from our serene spa island.

Profile Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Technical certifications in spa therapy
• 5 years of experience in spa management within luxury hospitality Hard skills
• Knowledge of spa or reservation software such as Opera or Spa Connect Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook Fluent English Financial acumen and budgeting skills Soft skills
• Driven by your passion for excellence
• Known for your sense of precision and detail
