Job responsibilities PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To conduct field coach, work with sales team for the sales growth.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• New BC training
• To improve BC consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer.
• To guide BC and build confident to BC while working with them in the field.
• To train BC on novelties in the secondary city.
• To conduct beauty workshop for the customer.
• To help sales department on BC evaluation.
• To maintain and upgrade BC image.
• To assist national training manager on daily work. KEY FIGURES
