This is your chance to step inside a global FMCG leader, test your intellect against real business challenges, and drive the market presence of brands loved by millions. What you’ll do In your first months, your main mission will be mastering the data engine behind our commercial operations. You’ll work closely with Key Account Managers overseeing Ukraine’s largest food retail chains, taking charge of reporting, execution tracking, and analytical support that directly feeds into strategic commercial decisions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Commercial Reporting & Sales Analysis: Consolidate multi-source data, build core weekly/monthly sales reports, and maintain accurate commercial dashboards.

Promo Execution Tracking

Monitor promotional performance across key accounts, track sales uplift, and identify gaps in trade execution.

Channel & Retail Diagnostics

Analyze sales metrics across retail channels to uncover actionable trends and operational insights.

Data-Backed Business Materials

Prepare structured sales updates, analytical decks, and presentation materials for internal strategy sessions and retail partner meetings.

Key Account Manager Co-piloting

Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day operational analysis, data requests, and commercial documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to collect data and ensure flawless project execution.

Who You Are

We are looking for ambitious thinkers who don't back down from complex problems and want to build a career with global impact. Senior-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s), showing strong academic performance and leadership potential. Exceptional logical reasoning, comfortable navigating unstructured data, and passionate about solving complex puzzles. Confident handling data in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas) and eager to master advanced analytics.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated with a strong urge to push boundaries and prove what you’re capable of. Intermediate (B1+) or higher level of English with strong communication skills.
