A Day in the Life You lead integrated business planning across Online and Offline (O+O) channels for our portfolio, connecting commercial ambitions with demand reality.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you ensure our life-changing brands reach patients and consumers seamlessly wherever they shop.

• Build integrated sales forecasts combining retail, distribution, and pure player e-commerce dynamics to drive operational planning.
• Lead transversal alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve stock trade-offs and maximize promotional impact.
• Steer monthly demand review meetings, presenting clear scenario planning and inventory risk mitigation strategies to brand leadership.
• Translate sell-out performance and commercial activation plans into actionable volume and value forecasts. We Are Looking For You bring commercial acumen, analytical precision, and the confidence to guide transversal teams through fast-changing market realities.

Business Planning & Forecasting

• Proven ability to model integrated demand across both brick-and-mortar retail and digital channels.

Stakeholder Management

• Skill in aligning commercial, financial, and supply teams behind shared business objectives and realistic targets.

Data Analysis & Synthesis

• Capacity to transform complex sales figures, market trends, and retail inventory metrics into clear operational priorities.

Commercial Acumen

• Understanding of omnichannel distribution dynamics, promotional uplift drivers, and customer inventory management.

English Proficiency

• Professional working proficiency in English, comfortable presenting complex business plans across local and regional teams.
