Job description

Responsibilities

Formulate and develop skincare product based on marketing brief and manager assignment Ensure product quality, safety and performance, in time reporting.

• Identify and detect potential risks in projects and alert in time, analyze and propose technical solutions Respect key milestones in development process and officialize formulas in a prompt and responsible manner by coordinating and validating different development phases with MARKETING/OPERATION/RI Related partners On market cosmetic product technical evaluation and synthesize
• Participate in protection of L’Oréal intelligence property
• Ensure safety regulation within lab Competence: 3-5+ years’ experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers.

Skincare formulation experience is preferable.

Master’s degree in related science
