A Day in the Life You will report to the Medical Field Manager and join the VIC Medical Field team on a 6 month maximum term contract. This role connects dermatologists and GPs to our dermatological brands and drives territory performance across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

Customer Engagement & Growth

Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs, detail dermatological formulations and secure clinical recommendations.

Territory Planning & Omnichannel Execution

Develop and implement a territory business plan combining face‑to‑face and digital engagements to deliver a personalised omni‑channel customer experience.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; share intel with your territory brand buddy and log daily activity in Veeva CRM.

Events & Advocacy

Represent the brand at conferences, host or attend medical events and act as a trusted brand ambassador. We Are Looking For You are motivated, curious and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills.

Required

Stakeholder & Relationship Management Commercial & Customer‑Centric Selling Clinical / Therapeutic Knowledge (dermatology advantageous) Omnichannel Engagement & Digital Communication CRM & Data‑driven Reporting (Veeva experience beneficial) Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a field of science preferred but not essential.
