UHP Analytical Systems Support Engineer

Job description

You will understand and adhere to company safety policies, work practices, and operating procedures while reporting safety incidents and near misses

• Assist with commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of analytical systems, analyzers, associated components, cylinders, tubing, purifiers, sample pumps, controls, dilution systems, and analyzer suites
• Identify, manage, and maintain spare and replacement components for analytical systems
• Assist with commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of bulk gas purification systems, gas purifiers, and filtration systems at ultra-high purity installations Further, you will work with the Reliability team to develop and maintain operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules for electronics-specific analytical and purification systems Read, interpret, and maintain P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, QA requirements, and MOC policies
• Communicate effectively with plant maintenance teams and build strong working relationships to support operational needs And you will travel to plant locations as required and support both field and office-based activities, including occasional after-hours work
