You will provide administrative support to the National Electronics Operations

• Support team and National Electronics Operating Region
• Serve as the primary contact for Phoenix customer badging requirements, including process ownership, updates, and execution
• Compile month-end and quarterly reports to support management And you will assist management with ad hoc reporting, budgeting cost identification, and limited project management
• Maintain national Electronics vendor and agreement records
• Manage gate access for Electronics Operations sites Further, you will add technical documentation to GDMS, maintain version control, and assign document numbers in accordance with Linde practices
• Maintain and organize the Electronics Operations
• Support site page
• Coordinate travel and lodging for international visitors as required
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required And you will work in both office and field environments as needed Travel domestically approximately ten percent (10%)
• Maintain occasional off-hours availability by laptop and cell phone
