Job description

Manager, HR - P&P and Associate Director, HR - Marketing. Responsible for day-to-day activities supporting Career Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Communication, Compensation and Process Improvement initiatives. Analyze relevant data to derive insights that advise business decision making and create a sustained differentiation and advantage using insights Assist with development of technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify and summarize complicated people issues for leadership or non-technical audiences in a digestible format Responsible for coordinating routine meeting decks (ie.

MPR, Monthly Ops Call, etc.) Coordinate and handle people budget to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials. Analyze data and optimally coordinate and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy. Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance. Owns weekly data accuracy checks and updates in HRIS system. Supports employees on general HR inquiries about benefits, payroll, trainings, onboarding, compensation and talent management.

Solid understanding of MS Office Suite especially Excel with the ability to learn SharePoint and Workday. Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work consistently to established deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable - able to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Experience working cross functionally in a matrix organization.
