Specification Data Management Specialist - China

Job description

As the Specification Data Management Specialist, you will support specification maintenance activities, PLM system support, and specification excellence. This role operates with autonomy in a dynamic, cross-functional, and integrated environment.

Key Ingredients

• Support all spec data activities and processes and ensure data meets the correct requirements for PLM and downstream systems
• Manage complex specification workflows end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, regulatory and commercial compliance
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and drive approvals on schedule
• Implement updates due to internal or external change requests
• Support proactive data reporting, analysis, and correction Troubleshooting and system support for R&D; guides on policy, assist with resolving escalations
• Collaborate with International counterparts on system governance, efficiencies, and consistency
• Work in accordance with R&D/compliance/nutritional/legal/Food Safety/Quality requirements
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
• Proficient with specification databases, PLM systems, and ERP tools Working hours are including an early start to maximize the overlap with the Chinees time zone
