Job description

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed Address and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations Union environment experience in a management/supervisory role is preferred Team leadership Problem-solving Attention to detail Adaptability Communication
