Senior Brand Manager - Innovation (Multiple Positions)

Job description

• Lead development of brand ambition and short and long-term innovation‑focused growth strategies
• Define strategic frameworks that guide where‑to‑play choices, brand priorities, and expansion opportunities Shape innovation and renovation agendas to deliver scalable growth Leverage consumer, category, and business data to understand performance drivers and inform strategic decisions
• Share best practices, strategic guidance, and tools to build capability and alignment across marketing teams
• 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer‑driven organizations
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable direction
• Proven experience leading innovation and renovation initiatives end‑to‑end
• Demonstrated leadership and influence across complex, matrixed, organizations
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with P&L drivers Comfort navigating ambiguity while driving structure, alignment, and results Collaborative, curious, and driven self‑starter with strong storytelling and communication skills
