Job description

Manage and coordinate the company's financial function, including general accounting, cost management, budgeting, and payroll, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet the company's business requirements.

Sales finance partnering

Support Sales and Commercial teams as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing clear analysis, insights, and recommendations.

Planning and performance

Support planning, forecasting, AOP, target setting, and performance tracking across markets and customers.

Commercial support

Evaluate growth opportunities, customer and channel performance, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and revenue initiatives.

Financial analysis

Analyse P&L performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to support fact-based decisions.

Regional focus

Bring structure, financial discipline, and business understanding to a complex five-market Nordics region.

People leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 employees.

Collaboration

Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a high-performing Finance community.

Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Relevant experience in sales finance, commercial finance, finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, or a similar finance role, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced international environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders Good understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and commercial drivers Curious, proactive, and business-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial systems, BI tools, or data visualisation tools is a plus Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage
