Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a senior HR Transformation Consultant to establish and lead the HR transformation agenda for our Center in the Philippines. The role supports a portfolio of business process outsourcing (BPO) and business operations services, with a focus on transforming HR processes to improve service delivery, employee and candidate experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. This role serves as a strategic advisor to clients and internal leaders, helping assess current HR operating models, identify performance gaps, and define the capabilities required to enable sustainable transformation.

The successful candidate will identify and lead opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes, reduce manual effort, and apply technology-enabled solutions such as AI, automation, analytics, workflow, self-service, and HR platforms. The role requires deep HR process knowledge, executive-level stakeholder management, and the ability to lead transformation from strategy and opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Transformation Strategy & Advisory

  • Lead HR transformation assessments across key HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee services, workforce administration, learning, talent management, and HR case management.
  • Advise senior client and internal leaders on HR operating models, service-delivery strategy, process maturity, organization enablement, and transformation priorities.
  • Identify performance gaps, root causes, operational risks, and opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Develop practical transformation strategies, target operating models, business cases, and multi-year roadmaps. Process, Technology & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitize, automate, or redesign HR processes to reduce manual work, rework, delays, and avoidable contacts.
  • Evaluate the potential use of AI, intelligent automation, analytics, workflow tools, self-service capabilities, and HR technology platforms.
  • Ensure transformation recommendations are prioritized based on business value, process readiness, implementation feasibility, client needs, risk, and expected benefits.
  • Guide teams in translating transformation opportunities into practical, scalable solutions.

Program & Client Leadership

  • Lead complex HR transformation programs, including governance, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, delivery quality, and benefits realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and communicate transformation recommendations, progress, decisions, and trade-offs clearly.
  • Partner with HR operations, technology, data, change, compliance, and client teams to ensure end-to-end transformation delivery.
  • Support new business opportunities through solution design, proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.

Practice & People Leadership

  • Establish consistent methods, tools, and approaches for HR transformation delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR transformation consultants and project teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, data-driven decision-making, and ownership across the organization.
  • Ensure recommendations align with relevant client policies, data privacy requirements, security standards, employment requirements, and BPO delivery controls. Required technical and professional expertise
  • Significant experience in HR transformation, HR operations, business transformation, management consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs involving HR process redesign, operating-model change, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR service delivery and end-to-end HR processes in complex, high-volume, multi-client, shared-services, or outsourced environments.
  • Experience leading executive-level client engagements and managing complex transformation portfolios or programs.
  • Experience in a BPO environment is preferred, particularly in HR operations, outsourced service delivery, multi-client environments, or client-facing transformation programs.
  • Practical experience assessing and applying AI, automation, analytics, workflow, self-service, and HR technology solutions.

Transformation leadership

  • Sets the strategic direction for HR transformation and translates vision into measurable delivery outcomes.
