Your role and responsibilities

You will serve as the Identity subject matter expert for clients and technical sales teams, translating access and identity risks into business decisions. This role combines deep technical expertise in IAM platforms with the ability to present strategic roadmaps and compelling business cases at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IAM, IGA, PAM, and CIAM maturity assessments, translating findings into prioritized strategic roadmaps.
• Design Identity and Access Management architectures covering workforce, customer, and machine/service identities, aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of Identity Governance, including access certifications, identity lifecycle management, and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Define Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including credential vaulting and secrets management.
• Present identity strategies, security risks, and return on investment (ROI) to CISOs, CIOs, and executive committees.
• Support pre-sales activities, including workshops, discovery sessions, technical proposals, effort estimates, and RFP responses.
• Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and ensure the technical quality of project deliverables.
• Map regulatory and compliance requirements, including LGPD, BACEN, ISO 27001, SOX, and PCI DSS, to appropriate identity and access controls.
• Contribute to reusable assets, best practices, and thought leadership content. Required technical and professional expertise
• Experiência sólida em Segurança da Informação, com foco em Gestão de Identidades e Acessos (Identity and Access Management - IAM).
• Sólido conhecimento técnico em Access Management, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, CIAM e protocolos de federação, incluindo SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC e SCIM.
• Experiência prática com as principais plataformas e soluções de IAM, como SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity e ForgeRock.
• Experiência na entrega de projetos de consultoria para grandes empresas, desde a avaliação inicial e definição da estratégia até a implementação.
• Capacidade comprovada de interagir com CISOs e executivos seniores, comunicando de forma clara estratégias, riscos de segurança e valor para o negócio.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e proficiência profissional em inglês.
• Disponibilidade para viagens para o cliente no Rio de Janeiro, conforme necessário. Preferred technical and professional experience
• Certificações relevantes, como CISSP, CISM, CISA, SailPoint, CyberArk (Defender/Sentry), Microsoft SC-300 e certificações Okta.
• Experiência com Machine Identity, Workload Identity e gerenciamento de identidades para agentes de IA.
• Experiência em soluções de identidade em Cloud e ambientes multicloud (AWS, Azure e GCP), utilizando tecnologias como Okta, SailPoint e Microsoft Entra ID, incluindo implementação de SSO e gestão de identidades.
• Experiência na integração de soluções de IAM com infraestrutura de TI corporativa e ambientes SIEM/SOC, garantindo uma gestão de identidades segura e integrada.
• Conhecimento avançado de scripting e automação, incluindo desenvolvimento de scripts para provisionamento, migração e gerenciamento de identidades entre diferentes plataformas.
• Experiência em pré-vendas consultivas ou liderança de squads de entrega de projetos de consultoria.
• Conhecimento do NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP 800-63 e modelos Zero Trust.
