• Support the development and enhancement of software management solutions and automation.
• Assist with software inventory, catalog, lifecycle, and governance capabilities.
• Contribute to AI-powered solutions and agents that improve software discovery, review, support, and decision-making.
• Support development and integration of workflows involving platforms such as ServiceNow and internal enterprise applications.
• Work with software and vendor data to improve data quality, consistency, integration, and automation.
• Assist with API development, system integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, sprint activities, and solution design sessions.
• Help identify repetitive or manual activities that can be simplified through automation and AI.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and implementation artifacts.
• Collaborate with global engineering, IT, procurement, and software management stakeholders. Required technical and professional expertise
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and automation.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile development practices, and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Interest in enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and software lifecycle management solutions.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, REST APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in investigating technical issues and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, experiment, and work in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with global teams.
