Job description

You will report directly to our supervisor. In this role, you have a significant impact in driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization delivers world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Order entry
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.
• Process invoices, sales orders, purchase requisition in the ETR
• Analyze information regarding booking packages according to Honeywell Policies

Qualifications

English fluent – Portugues is a strong plus Customer service mind-set Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Drive accountability culture Excellent management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
