Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseas talent recruitment, including interview arrangement and subsequent employment.
- Inter-campus relationship development and industry-academia cooperation implementation.
- Provide HR-related solutions to managers and work with supervisors to achieve corporate goals.
- Able to travel overseas Requirements 1. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently in English. 2. 3+ years’ experience in human resources, preferably in inter-campus relations and overseas recruitment.
- Integrity, responsible, efficient, cautious, and good at communication.
- Strong ability to respond to challenging and fast-paced environments.
- Self-learning ability to master overseas talent recruitment platforms.
