Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support for the Engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures Manage order-taking requests: Receive and log engineering service requests, assign work orders to the appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate maintenance requests

Receive, record, and follow up on maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments, ensuring timely assistance from the Engineering team.

Handle communication and coordination

Manage incoming calls and emails, assign maintenance requests, and ensure professional communication with relevant departments.
