Guest Relations Supervisor - Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island (UAE National)

Job description

As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, personalized attention, and professional service throughout their stay. You will oversee daily guest relations activities, manage VIP arrangements, respond to guest needs, and work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. You will also support Front Office operations, maintain accurate guest information, and ensure that Hilton service standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle guest complaints professionally. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.

Familiarity with ONQ, Synergy, and Hilton Honors is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
