Personalnych (umowa zastępstwo) Głównym zadaniem na tym stanowisku jest wspieranie Departamentu Zarządzania Zasobami Ludzkimi, który zapewnia obsługę wszystkich pracowników w obszarach kadrowych. Bedziesz odpowiedzialny/a za zapewnienie wsparcia dla pracowników w obszarze administracji kadrowej i wspieranie naszych procesów kadrowych.

Obowiązki

Obsługa procesu wyjścia pracownika z firmy (obiegówka), Monitorowanie zawartości platform HR, Promowanie platformy i inicjatyw z obszaru Well-being, Tworzenie i uaktualnianie regulaminów, instrukcji we współpracy z zespołem, Tworzenie teczek personalnych/archiwizacja dokumentów, Współpraca z pozostałymi członkami zespołu, Zapewnienie pracownikom wsparcia w obszarze HR, Oczekiwania: Pełna dyspozycyjność do pracy w pełnym wymiarze czasu pracy przez okres 12-15 miesięcy (praca w biurze), Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy w zespole HR, Sprawne posługiwanie się programami MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min.
