MF Risk - Asset Management - Lead Associate

Job description

As a valued contributor to our Multifamily Risk team, you will advise team members on processes, analyses, and modeling techniques for managing the administration, strategic planning, and operations of an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will recommend changes to the execution of end-to-end business processes through enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on portfolio management activities that support strategic business objectives.

Lead analysis of portfolio performance, trends, and operational metrics and communicate insights to key stakeholders. Recommend enhancements to business processes, reporting capabilities, and portfolio management practices. Evaluate and monitor risks within multifamily assets and loan portfolios while ensuring adherence to governance, controls, and risk management standards. Partner with Asset Managers, Risk teams, Servicers, and business stakeholders to identify and resolve portfolio issues.

Support the development and execution of strategies for higher-risk multifamily loans and assets. May occasionally travel to inspect multifamily properties and support asset-specific reviews.
