Job description

• Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations
• Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily
• Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes Open files as required
• Monitor timely entry release
• Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies
• Scan, and index documents into imaging system Proper handling of “Entry
• Documents Required Entries” Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required Turnover to dispatch as required, timely Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external
