Coordinator - Sales Operations

Job description

Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support DSEs to secure business opportunities. Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction. Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors. Monitor sales tasks and ensure the fulfillments. Responsible for Company system inputs and updates. Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales issues. Assist District Sales Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.

Assist District Sales Manager in running Sales weekly meeting and take the minutes. Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate in Chinese or Korean or Japanese is an added advantage Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1-year Expeditors /industry experience. Knowledge of required company’s operating systems as well PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills.
