Description We are looking for curious, analytical, and driven final-year students or fresh graduates to join our Energy Trading Desk as Analyst Interns. This is an opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to global oil and gas markets while working on a world-class energy trading desk alongside experienced traders. Hands-on mentoring from experienced traders and market professionals

Meaningful analytical work that contributes to real trading decisions A practical understanding of how markets function and how professional traders think, analyze, and manage risk Main Activities & Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence and Research Analysis : Synthesizing internal research, external data sources, and public market information to develop actionable insights for internal traders and external clients

Hedging Strategy Development and Trade Ideation : Analyzing market data and risk dynamics to propose trade ideas and structured hedging solutions that optimize PnL Process Optimization and Digitalization : Evaluating existing desk workflows and infrastructure to identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation and use of emerging AI applications

Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Energy Studies, Business, or related disciplines.
