The Commercial Insights team in Personal Customers transforms complex data into actionable strategies that fuel business growth. Working with marketing technology and customer journey analytics, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams across the organisation.

Your insights will directly contribute to our Forward '28 strategy, creating personalised experiences that set new standards in customer engagement and helping shape how we serve millions of customers. The role is based in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility through a hybrid working model, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will be doing

• Support implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology with analytics and insights Optimise customer engagement and marketing campaigns through actionable recommendations Bridge business objectives and customer journey analytics, turning data into proactive strategies
• Translate complex marketing technology into compelling narratives for marketing and sales teams
• Analyse data from multiple sources and synthesize holistic, fact-based recommendations
• Communicate insights clearly with various stakeholders across the organisation About you Solid experience in creating analysis and insights using marketing technology to understand customer engagement
• Proven experience in analysing data from multiple sources Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys and customer experience Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Hands-on experience with insight tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Proficiency with data management tools, such as SQL, AWS or Databricks
• Proficiency with behavioural and event-based data
• Strong ownership skills and the ability to collaborate with different parts of the organisation, including non-technical stakeholders Advanced English skills, both written and spoken What we offer you Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
