Do you want to have an important role in ensuring that all AML-related requirements are met while getting to Know Our Customers? KYC (Know Your Customer) Large Corporates and Institutions teams in Financial Crime Prevention are currently looking for motivated team members to join our teams working with Institutional Customers. KYC LC&I Community is a large community in Lithuania, Poland, and the Nordic countries. Our primary customers are large corporate clients and institutional customers. In addition, we collaborate within our department and with various stakeholders. To make your first months with us smooth, we promise you onboarding with all the necessary training and a dedicated "buddy". You will work with a great team supported by the manager, who inspires others to do their best. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our team is currently using a hybrid working model, working partly from home and partly in the office, where at least three days at the office are required. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills and views.” You will: • Perform Customer Due Diligence/ Ongoing Due Diligence for complex institutional customers (non-banking financial institutions or banks) • Perform 4 eyes and peer review checks for CDD/ ODD cases to ensure that they are finalised with high quality and AML requirements are met • Assess customer risks and recommend actions to manage them • Coach and advise junior colleagues with complex cases • Ensure quality communication with other business units (Senior Bankers, AML Client Managers, Risk Managers) • Identify and own process improvement tasks within the team or department About you: • At least 2 years of experience in AML KYC/ CDD/ ODD is needed • Experience in performing quality assurance is an advantage • Higher education degree • Ability to provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with a certain level of unknown • Ability to make decisions with limited to no supervision • Good problem-solving mindset • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail • Upper-Intermediate English both in speaking and writing • Experience in customer service or stakeholder management would be an advantage We offer: Monthly salary range from 1800 EUR to 2700 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
