You will work directly with international banking partners and stakeholders, solving complex operational challenges while building valuable experience in a supportive 12-person team. What you will be doing

You will manage the administration of foreign bank accounts and support the Financial Institutions department. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, you will contribute to seamless operations that serve our international banking partners and maintain the integrity of payment systems.

Your main responsibilities

Open and close accounts for foreign banks and facilitate payment processing. Collect and pay monthly charges and invoices for payments processing and account maintenance. Analyze and process incoming messages, claims, and inquiries regarding charges and terms. Monitor overdraft lists and perform risk assessment activities. Process foreign and internal cheques while verifying supporting documents. Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

About you

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work. Collaborative approach with willingness to work effectively in teams. Upper-intermediate English language skills for written and spoken communication. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Ability to work efficiently in busy environments and meet tight deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with customer service orientation. Previous experience in back-office operations or knowledge of banking operations would be beneficial for your development in this role.

Monthly salary range from 1720 EUR to 2580 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
