Who we are Business Management & Transformation (BM&T) plays a key role in driving both operational and strategic success across Technology & Services for Personal & Business Customers—an organisation of approximately 2,800 colleagues across the Nordics, Lithuania, and India.

The Integration & Transformation team focuses on: Driving progress on key deliveries across value chains Supporting transformation initiatives across T&S P&BC Ensuring alignment of strategies across business areas and COO functions We work closely with leaders across the organisation to enable collaboration, alignment, and execution. Danske Bank is a purpose-led organisation guided by our cultural commitments: Team Up, Be Open, and Own It Your role You will be part of the I&T team within Business Management & Transformation (BM&T), supporting the Technology & Services (T&S) organisation for Personal & Business Customers (P&BC).Together with a small, dedicated team across Vilnius and Copenhagen, you will help drive key transformation initiatives, ensure alignment across value chains, and support senior leaders on critical priorities..

Please note that this position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

In this role, you will:

• Support formulation of strategic direction and help ensure progress by driving and facilitating strategic integration across value chains for PC and BC together with colleagues and P&BC leadership
• Drive progress and projects on high-priority transformation initiatives across value chains together with colleagues and senior leaders
• Translate strategic priorities into clear structure, plans, and follow-through Align stakeholders across teams and functions to ensure direction, momentum, and results
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to leaders on complex and critical topics Bridge strategy with execution across business, digital, technology, and data
• Support and guide leaders in prioritization and decision-making
• Grow your capabilities in a dynamic environment with high expectations and learning opportunities About you We are looking for someone who combines strong structuring skills with the ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity and drive real outcomes.

You likely

Have

• 5+ years of experience from strategy consulting or a similar role in a complex global organisational landscape Can demonstrate results in transformation or strategic initiatives Are comfortable working with challenging, and constructively engaging senior stakeholders and yourself Thrive in ambiguous environments and be responsible for driving progress Can balance strategic thinking, facilitate progress with hands-on execution
• Work in a structured way, with strong planning and prioritisation skills (both agile and waterfall) Are motivated by enabling others and unleashing potential through collaboration Can communicate clearly and effectively in English “We believe that the most valuable asset is human potential”.
