1.分析钙钛矿电池光电损耗与发电机理，结合测试数据排查发电量衰减问题； 2.依托研究结果优化工艺提升发电性能，撰写技术报告。
二、岗位要求
1. 光伏材料相关专业，本科学历，熟悉光伏基础机理，可解读光电测试数据； 2. 有电池机理分析实操经验优先。
