Responsibilities

• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
• Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
• Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

Project Management

Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
