What you'll do

Process invoices through data entry into payables systems, including verification of appropriate account segments and delegation of authority. Assist with account and statement reconciliations for vendors as needed. Verifying purchase order and invoices match. Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoice billing and recognition of income as needed. Perform collection of outstanding balances from vendors as they age.

Compensation

Starting hiring range: ‏‏ ‎ ‎ $19.25 ‏‏ ‎ ‎ - ‏‏ ‎ ‎ $25.25. ‏‏ ‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of accounting theory. Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain discipline when performing routine tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft office programs, including Word and Excel.
