In this role, you will: Support the administration, monitoring, and optimization of cybersecurity platforms, including endpoint protection, threat detection, logging, and security monitoring tools. Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate alerts, and help identify solutions that improve the reliability, performance, and security of our technology environment. Contribute to cybersecurity engineering projects, including platform enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives, and modernization efforts.

Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guides while supporting knowledge-sharing across the team. Collaborate with technology teams, business partners, and vendors while continuously expanding your cybersecurity and engineering expertise through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
