About the Role The Sales Support Gourmet role supports the Gourmet commercial team by providing operational, administrative, and customer-facing support that enables excellent service delivery to internal and external customers. The position plays a key role in accelerating the Gourmet strategy, supporting business growth across Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Caribbean markets, while ensuring efficient sales processes, customer management, reporting, and coordination across systems such as Salesforce and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Include Provide technical documentation to customers and the commercial team through Salesforce cases and established workflows. Support quotation preparation, contract creation, modifications, extensions, mergers, and cancellations for the commercial team. Coordinate item extension requests and product setup activities to enable sales across Mexico and applicable sales organizations. Manage customer creation and maintenance activities in Salesforce and SAP in accordance with defined processes.

Administer sales support requests submitted through Salesforce and ensure timely execution and follow-up. Coordinate national and international sample requests for Sales, Marketing, R&D, and product development activities. Provide training and guidance to commercial team members on Salesforce, SAP, and related sales tools. Support market intelligence activities, distributor sell-out reporting, territory scorecards, KPI tracking, and customer penetration analysis.

Support forecasting activities, trend analysis, sales reporting, and lead management to identify growth opportunities. Maintain dashboards, reports, customer delivery requirements, export documentation, and item pack updates to support commercial operations. Support customer communications related to pricing, product information, lead times, and other commercial updates.

About You

Customer service experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SAP, and Salesforce is required. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to support business decision-making. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English. Strong documentation, email communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High customer focus and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience supporting sales, commercial operations, reporting, or business administration activities is preferred.
