info_outline About the job In this role, we're looking for someone who can transform our operational landscape into a proactive, strategic engine for horizontal and emerging priorities within the Cross-Product Responsibility team. This role will drive efficiency, uncover new business opportunities, and directly influence the strategic direction of our responsibility solutions for supply networks and enterprise. You will be the connector between immediate operational challenges with our long-term strategic growth, leveraging a unique blend of operational expertise, analytical accuracy, and cross-functional leadership to turn data into strategic initiatives across a set of critical areas.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
