Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, digital marketing, or digital media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media). Experience with YouTube ads or similar video advertising products.

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing commercial deals end-to-end, including contracts, Purchase Orders, and invoicing workflows. Strong project management experience, with the ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple campaign activations under a tight deadline. Understanding of or experience of working with Influencer Marketing Agencies or within the creator industry. Independent problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, turning undefined challenges into solutions.

The Social Activation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the YouTube business forward by managing agreement activation for our Create for Shorts Program.

In this role, you will manage executing our US video agreements end-to-end, including contracting, Purchase Orders, and invoicing – while streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency. You will act as the primary contact for Influencer Marketing Agency teams during campaign planning and execution, as well as lead internal cross-functional partnerships with Social Video sellers, Go To Market, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and Procurement teams.
