Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Consulting, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations Associate-related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Business model analysis including KPIs, OKRs, drivers, and strategic initiatives; Complex data set creation, data modeling, and reporting or

Data analysis and synthesis to draw conclusions and develop action plans; Critical thinking and logic to identify root causes of ambiguous problems and generate solutions; Project management including defining requirements, planning deliverables, and managing timelines and resources; and Stakeholder engagement and expectation management to influence objectives or Persuading senior leaders to adopt solutions by addressing questions and handling push back.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $142,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location.
