Position Summary

Support the HR team across employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and people initiatives, with a key focus on leveraging AI and digital solutions to simplify and speed up the employee onboarding experience and strengthen engagement.

What You'll Do

Support end-to-end employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. Identify onboarding pain points and opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and employee experience. Support the development and implementation of AI-enabled onboarding solutions, including automated resources, FAQs, communication materials, and employee guides. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and communication materials. Support HR projects and other ad hoc people-related initiatives. Collaborate with different HR teams and stakeholders to gather information and improve HR processes.

AI-Powered Onboarding & Employee Engagement Objective: Leverage AI and digital solutions to speed up the onboarding process, reduce manual HR effort, improve access to information, and create a more engaging experience for new employees.

Key Deliverables

• Review and map the current onboarding journey
• Identify onboarding processes that can be simplified or enhanced through AI Develop an AI-enabled onboarding solution / resource
• Create a centralized and easy-to-access onboarding knowledge base
• Recommend opportunities to further improve new hire engagement and experience
• Measure the impact on onboarding efficiency and employee experience

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in HR, employee experience, technology, and AI. Creative, curious, and comfortable exploring new digital tools. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
