Underwriting Service Practice Leader for International Industrial Insurance and Reinsurance Place of work: Warsaw Do you enjoy working in an international environment and are you interested in supporting major industrial customers with their insurance and reinsurance solutions? Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all reinsurance purchasing across the Business Unit (internal treaties and external facultative), ensuring adequate coverage and strong governance.
• Provide reinsurance expertise to the Chief Underwriting Officer, LOB Heads and Underwriters, including leading data calls and ensuring accurate exposure, premium, claims and bordereaux reporting.
• Management and further development of an Underwriting Services - Zurich Commercial Multinational team
• Implementation and coordination of policies for the risks of our major international industrial customers - both receiving and producing
• Support the seamless experience of customers and brokers with our services
• Manage and observe KPI´s as well as maintain the quality of data in administrative systems and assuring the consistency of local insurance policies and our commitment to the global customer Your profile
• 7+ years of experience in underwriting, underwriting services and/ or reinsurance within mid-sized or industrial corporate insurance
• Managerial skills
• Deep understanding of insurance market, products, and regulations
• University degree in Business, Finance, or related field; professional insurance qualifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage.
