Your Responsibilities

Independently manage facility and bond underwriting for corporate clients

• Conduct creditworthiness and risk analyses, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms, bond wordings, indemnities, and other recourse documents in line with local and group standards
• Implement and manage surety contracts for domestic business
• Monitor market trends and emerging risks; adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness
• Collaborate closely with other LOBs, Sales, and Claims on cross-line opportunities Your Profile
• 7+ years of experience in Surety underwriting, with strong preference for large industrial corporate clients
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to review and interpret financial statements to assess the creditworthiness of Surety clients
• Proven track record in managing profitable underwriting portfolios and strategic initiatives Deep understanding of surety market, products, and regulations In-depth knowledge of Surety bond wordings and associated documentation University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications preferred
