- 构建并落地智能化CPU研发环境，集成AI智能体、重塑AI时代下芯片开发新范式。
- 搭建基于AI的智能化排障系统，自动分析仿真失败日志、波形数据、报错分类、Bug归因
- 加入国内领先的自研CPU开发团队，和MIMO大模型团队密切沟通合作
Qualifications
任职要求
- 电子工程、微电子、计算机、通信等相关专业学历
- 有CPU/ASIC实习经验或者专业理论更佳
- 对AI有浓厚兴趣，有过AI开发实战经验。 4 自驱力和落地能力强，学习和适应能力佳，表达能力好 5. 熟悉大模型后训练SFT/RL，有相关实操经验更佳
