- 衛星間光通訊系統(OISL)整體規劃與執行, 包含光通訊酬載與系統整合, 光鏈路預算分析, 規劃並執行通訊功能測試與效能驗證，包括實驗室量測與在軌操作模擬
- 跨功能(與Ka Band通訊酬載、衛星本體、結構、熱控團隊)協同合作，整合酬載與衛星平台接口
- 與國外供應商溝通協作，確保產品符合系統需求。
- 撰寫通訊系統設計文件與任務審查簡報（如 PDR/CDR）
- 其他主管交辦事項
