Switch Software Engineer 軟體研發工程師 (Data Center / AI Networking)

Job description

• Design, develop, and optimize software for data center switches to ensure high-performance and reliable network switching.
• Implement and maintain BSP support for both x86 and ARM-based platforms.
• Develop and integrate Linux kernel drivers to enable seamless hardware functionality.
• Develop and maintain SONiC platform adaptation and contribute updates to the community.
• Write, execute, and automate test cases to identify, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to achieve robust software-hardware integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development for data center or enterprise switches.
• Proficiency in C, Python, and Linux shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with switch SDKs and PHY control.
• Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking protocols.
• Experience with switch OS such as SONiC, or ONIE is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux system development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
