Product Engineer

Job description

• 5–10+ years of work experience; able to make key technical decisions, coordinate resources, and lead/guide the team. 4.

Position Objective

• Responsible for engineering introduction and ongoing support of products from New Product Introduction (NPI) and trial production to Mass Production (MP). Ensure product specifications, BOMs, materials, test requirements, and engineering documents are correctly controlled.

Support Quality, Cost, Delivery, Yield, Reliability and production continuity targets through cross-functional technical coordination, abnormality/failure analysis, yield improvement, and engineering change management.
