Job description

- Follow up customer new order and production line actual production, summary PCBA/FA schedule.

• Daily review with production line head on previous day production situation, discuss that day or second day schedule, and also future view plan.
• Daily confirm critical shortage, highlight to buyer to pull in and satisfy production shipment.
• Daily confirm open MO and make sure production line storage on time to close MO.
• Daily ensure schedule and process of PR.
• Report to manager on work situation.
• Attending PC internal meeting, ensure each model latest process, and giving suitable suggestion.
• Attend PMC department meeting.
• Weekly Plan production capacity according to customer latest FCST.
• Weekly check abnormal storage and excess, and on time solving.
• Weekly check MRP result.

Proposal improvement activity

• collect improvement suggestions and become improvement proposal.
• Others related improvement activity.
• Effective cross function communication to ensure all production related issues is solved
