Job description

• Work in the team in IDL and DL recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview the candidates, performed detailed reference checks and pre-onboarding.
• Partner with the team in recruitment best practice and provide relevant guidance and coaching on recruitment matters.
• To identify recruitment solutions to attract quality and secured potential candidates.
• To fulfil the position of confirmation annual work force budget.
• To execute the organizational plan, design and work force planning including strategy implementation by the Management.
• Control each Department work force based on current company establishment and Business Development requirement.
• Fulfill department manpower demand using various kind of recruitment channels.
• Strengthen DL Recruitment channels through Direct Hire, Local Agency Company (for Local and Foreign DL), Foreign Agency Company for DL Foreign hiring.
• Organized and attend external job fair organized by government and private agencies.
• Liaising with Universities, Top TVET institutions and schools to attract potential candidates.
• Agencies management by monitoring daily absenteeism and turnover rate for weekly and monthly agencies review meeting
• Any ad-hoc assignment that assigned by the Immediate Superior.
