• Plan and execute business strategies for the new business unit to achieve business targets.
• Manage the business team by allocating resources and resolving issues to enhance team efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize the order fulfillment process to ensure smooth operations of the supply chain and logistics.
• Establish good cooperation relationships with clients, conducting regular needs interviews and satisfaction tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide data support and recommendations for business decisions.
• At least 2 years of experience in business-related roles.
• Familiarity with business processes and management skills to effectively plan and execute business strategies.
• Experience in Fulfillment, capable of handling order fulfillment and supply chain management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in market analysis and data reporting, able to analyze and provide recommendations based on business data.
